pallet live storage racking for palletized loads are compact structures that incorporate roller track sections placed on a sloped lane to allow the pallets slide over them. It works strictly on FIFO (first in first out) basis.

2. Upright is formed by high-quality cold rolled steel, with an omega shaped section and hole distance 50mm or 75mm or 76.2mm;
3. Box beam or step beam used. Beam can be freely adjusted by pitch 50mm or 75mm or 76.2mm;
4. Connection of the upright and beam is by wedging, equipped with safety pin to make sure of the safety;
5. Rich accessories: upright protector, guide rail, frame barrier, row spacer, wire decks, steel shelf, etc.;
6. Stable structure, large loading capacity, convenient sorting;
7. Compatible with most type of handling equipment and building structures;

1, What is MOQ limitation for ?
A: NO. But large purchase will bring competitive prices, 20FT container ( 10T~13T) is highly recommended, so that production can be better handled.
2, What is the lead time in Sunli?
A:As per 20FT container loading, manufacture time is about 21days; Regarding some customized items 25~27days will be covered.
3, What is payments methods Sunli can accept?
A:T/T and L/C are welcomed.
4, How about Sunli's sample delivery?
A: Short section of uprights and beams can be provided free of charge. But the freight will be collected upon your duty.
5, What is warranty for Sunli's rack system?
A: All rack items will be warrantied against manufacture's defects.
A:To avoid any shortage or missing components, we will provide 1%~2% spare parts besides basic ones.
6, What about the installation ?
A:Pallet rack, shelving rack, cantilever rack, drive in rack are bolt-on structure, no skillful workers is involved
A: For complicated project such as mezzanine rack and radio shuttle rack we can send one engineer overseas to help.
